Part Finder

The Challenge

Customer: Automotive customers looking for replacement parts

Role: UX and UI Designer

This project involved taking the existing Automotive part finder experience and creating a design to accomodate mobile and tablet customers. The existing experience only could be used on the desktop and limited customers use of the feature when not in front of a computer.

The Solution

View Solution Overview

When considering the mobile experience it was important to stay true to the desktop experience in its functionality. There were a few improvements that made moving this experience to a mobile view challenging particularly being able to limit vehicle names with the screen real estate as well as moving the user through adding a vehicle to filter by.
